Here at COPIA Granola, our goal is to provide our customers with snacking options that are both delicious and nutritious. Using ingredients that are Analyzed Gluten Free, Non-GMO (Non-Genetically Modified) and Organic, we offer Analyzed Gluten-Free Granola Energy Bars and Granola in a variety of different flavors including: Cranberry Cashew, Hazelnut Fig, and Pistachio Almond Cherry.
COPIA Granola energy bars and granola are baked from scratch without preservatives. We believe that food should be fresh, natural, and free from artificial ingredients. Therefore, our products are additive free and naturally nutrient-rich. The protein content of our products is sourced from nuts and ancient seeds they contain.
Here at COPIA Granola, we also believe in environmental sustainability. From the ingredients we choose to the packaging we use, COPIA granola energy bars and granola are completely environmentally sustainable. In addition, all COPIA Granola products are baked in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen at the Stony Brook University Business Incubator, which is a shared, environmentally friendly facility located in Calverton, New York.
